Pet Policy
Pet Policy: Cats and small dogs are allowed at Windsor Oaks. No more than two pets are allowed per apartment. Pet Owners are required to pay a non- refundable fee of $300 and $20 monthly pet rent. Small Dogs are allowed in certain designated buildings. Dogs must be less than 40 pounds and less than 22 inches tall at full grown. Separate Addendum is required
