Fourth of July Safety Notice
Please note that the use of fireworks, firecrackers and sparklers is not permitted in our community. If you enjoy viewing fireworks as part of your holiday celebration, please take time to atend one of the fireworks displays that will be held locally. Your cooperation is important to maintain the safety of everyone in our community and for adherence to local fire safety ordiances. Have a safe and fun-filled Fourth of July holiday!

You Called?
If we are out of the office or it is after normal business hours, you can leave a message with our answering service. The number is the same as our daytime office number. If it is an emergency, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Holiday Office Hours
The office will be closed July 4th for the Fourth of July holiday. Have a great holiday!

After Hours Drop Slot
If you missed us during normal business hours, we have a drop slot by the office for your convenience. Deposit your rent payments, keys, or other deliveries in the slot for our attention the next business day. Do not leave anything outside the office door. Thanks!

Emergency Maintenance
We have a 24-hour emergency maintenance service for our residents. If you have an emergency, day or night, call the office at 260-485-8855, and a maintenance person will be there to help you as soon as possible.

Birthday Salute
In the spirit of the Fourth of July holiday, we’d like to salute all our residents with birthdays this month. We hope it’s a star spangled day for you! Happy Birthday!

Need a place for friends and family to stay when they come to visit? Windsor Oaks has beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment available for guests of our residents at very reasonable rate! Call The Leasing Office to reserve your day!

Are bugs and crawling insects bugging you in your apartment? If the answer is yes, let us know in the office right away so we can schedule your apartment for pest control measures. It is important to deal with buggy problems as soon as they begin. Thanks for keeping us informed.

Rent Reminder
Excuses, excuses, we’ll accept no excuses!
Rent is due on the 1st of the month, and is considered late on the 2nd. If you will be out of town during the holidays, please make arrangements to ensure that your rent is paid on time. You’llnot only have peace of mind, but you’ll avoid late charges. Pay online to avoid late fees.

Want your neighbors to love your dog as much as you do? Always pick up what your dog leaves behind. Encourage puppy love by being a responsible pet owner. Thanks for your cooperation.
